Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank or skirt steak
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Cut the steak into thin strips. This helps it cook evenly.
  • Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Slice the bell peppers and onion.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet.
  • Sauté the vegetables until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  • Add remaining oil to the skillet.
  • Place steak strips in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Ensure the steak is browned through.
  • Warm the tortillas on a griddle or microwave.
  • Place steak and vegetables on the tortilla.
  • Fold tortillas over the filling.
