Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of steak choice of cut
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced vegetables bell peppers, onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: sliced avocado cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your steak. Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Place the steak in the pan.
  • Cook steak until desired doneness. For medium, aim for about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Remove steak from pan. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • In the same pan, add vegetables. Sauté until tender.
  • Combine cooked rice and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Layer the rice, vegetables, and sliced steak in a bowl.
  • Consider adding avocado, cilantro, or lime wedges for extra flavor.
