Vanilla Chai Tea Latte
Vanilla-flavored chai latte with spices, frothy milk, and no caffeine.

- 2 Black tea bags
- ¾ cup Water
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Spices: Cinnamon 1 tsp, ginger (½ tsp), cardamom (½ tsp), cloves (¼ tsp), nutmeg (¼ tsp)
- Sweetener: Brown sugar or honey to taste
Boil water and spices: Combine water, tea bags, and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags: Turn off the heat and remove the tea bags. Let it steep for an additional 5 minutes.
Heat milk: In another saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat. Avoid boiling.
Froth milk: Use a frother or whisk to froth the milk until it’s foamy.
Combine and serve: Strain the tea mixture into a mug, stir in vanilla extract and sweetener, and pour the frothed milk on top.
